Return Window

• You must notify us of your intent to return within 14 days of delivery
• All returns must be completed within 28 days of delivery
• Contact us via email or phone to initiate your return

Standard Returns

• Most items can be returned for a refund or exchange if you're not completely satisfied
• Items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact
• Include the return form from your account with your package
• Note on the invoice whether you want a refund or exchange

Exceptions

• Printed shirts and personalized items cannot be returned unless faulty
• Items with player names/numbers cannot be returned if the player leaves the club or changes their number

Return Process

• Download, complete and print the return form
• Pack items securely with all original packaging and tags
• Include completed return form and invoice noting reason for return

Shipping & Costs

• We recommend using an insured, trackable shipping service
• For non-faulty returns, customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• For exchanges, customer pays shipping on replacement item per our shipping rate chart
• Items remain customer property until safely delivered to our return address

Refunds

• Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original card
• Check or money order purchases are eligible for store credit or exchange only

Important Notes

• Returns will be inspected upon receipt
• We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping
