We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at info@britishchampionship.basketball with your order number and details.
Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 Business Working Days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
