NICK LEWIS WINS PLAYER OF THE MONTH HONOURS

Yorkshire Dragons guard Nick Lewis has been a human firework to start the BCB Trophy campaign and his exploits have earned him Molten Player of the Month honours for September.
Since joining the club in the off-season from SLB side Manchester Basketball, Lewis has been in incredible form for the Dragons, helping them to an unbeaten 3-0 record in the BCB Trophy with wins over Newcastle Knights, Falkirk Fury and Edinburgh Blaze.
The former SLB star has posted monster numbers of 27.6 points, 4.6 rebounds and 7 assists a game, shooting a jaw-dropping 52.3 percent from three-point land.
He posted a double-double of 27 points and 10 rebounds his side's 112-70 victory over the Falkirk Fury followed by a 36-point explosion in the 122-120 success against the Newcastle Knights.
Lewis capped it off with 20 points and 6 assists in Yorkshire's 106-90 win over the Edinburgh Blaze.
The former Great Britain U20 international will look to continue his good form when his Dragons side hosts the Worthing Thunder in the BCB Trophy quarter-finals on Saturday (4 October).
