Molten Competitor System

NET1 Competitor is an entry-level adult basketball system designed for players who’ve outgrown NET1’s junior hoops and are looking for their first full-size personal basketball experience.

Competitor features our fully portable blow-moulded offset Hex Base. Hex can be effortlessly wheeled around on two integrated wheels and offers a 270° playfield thanks to its recessed base. We designed the Hex Base to make lay-ups and under-the-hoop play just that little bit easier.

The game-shaped backboard is made from impact-resistant polypropylene and has UV inhibitors to reduce discolouration. A rear-mounted steel T-bar gives excellent rebound characteristics. The fixed, solid, full-size, high-visibility orange steel rim has a 2.5 mm backplate. A hard-wearing all-weather 12-loop nylon net completes the system.
