Share
As the BCB ends the first half of the season and enters 2026, it’s time to see who the league’s top-performing players are.
The statistics are from the league season only and not the BCB Trophy that started the season. Here are the leaders going into the New Year.
Points – JaRon Thames (Newcastle Knights)
Newcastle Knights’ JaRon Thames has been in devastating form so far this season, leading the Tyneside outfit to the top of the standings through his offensive prowess.
Thames averages 25.6 points per game this season, with his 41 points in the double overtime victory over the Essex Rebels his masterpiece. This season, Thames has posted three games of 30 points or more along with two double-doubles.
Now in his third spell at Hemel Storm, Taylor Johnson is second in points per game this season with Thames’ team-mate Bradley Dean in third. Reading Rockets guard Victor Olarerin and Essex Rebels’ Miles Brown round off the top five.
